Villa Maintenance - When it comes to maintenance it is essential that you have good plan in place to deal with the day to day cleaning of your holiday property - from the start. JAVEA VILLA SERVICES is here to help you and advise you on the level of maintenance that you need, of course the choice is yours but it is unwise to cut corners as it will almost certainly lead to complaints about the cleanliness and the quality of your property.

Example of our SERVICES which are carried out at Changeover / Departure dates are given below

Collect dirty linen & towels Make and prepare beds, put out clean towels, teatowels, bath mats etc

Dust all surfaces, vacuum and wash floors in all rooms Clean bathrooms & toilets, replace toilet rolls.

Clean kitchen surfaces, wipe inside cupboards & utensil drawer, oven & microwave.

Clean inside fridge and remove all perishable food Remove all rubbish

Windows are cleaned as and when seen to be necessary. This will be carried out when authorised and charged on an hourly rate.

The cleaning of outside terraces, furniture and barbecue areas are also charged on an hourly rate.
